Irish Republic Real Estate Department assists franchise owners in obtaining sites in their preferred area and information to assist in lease negotiations. For building owners, Irish Republic will assist in the identification and negotiations of an Irish Republic Franchisee tenant.
Training for Continuous success
Irish Republic Training Program for new franchisees has been carefully crafted to provide technical and managerial skills necessary to excel in today’s competitive marketplace. Included in the initial Franchise Fee, we provide a 5-week training program at our Corporate pub for Ownership and Management. Additionally, we provide a 10-day pre-opening training for your entire new staff at your new Irish Republic location.
On-going visits from Irish Republic Franchise with additional training available when you need it. Access to developed relationships with approved food distributors and beverage vendors. Ongoing product research and development, operation and training manuals, competitive marketing strategies and cutting edge management information reporting, accessible in pub and remotely.
